My name is Allison Freed and I am so glad that you are here!
With this being the “about” page, I guess I’ll jump right in!

How fitness changed me

When I entered into the fitness realm back in 2018, I started at a bootcamp with a friend of mine. My first class was the hardest, most humbling experience that I could recall.

I was very out of shape, overweight, and knew nothing about being “healthy”. I knew that I needed to put in the work to change.

Skip to a few years of lifting weights and doing HIIT training, I found my confidence and inspiration and ended up coaching in person classes.

It was rewarding to see people from all stages of life light up when they accomplished a new goal.

How does this apply to you?

When the bootcamp that I started at closed its doors, I pushed myself to learn more about exercise and all of its benefits: physically and mentally, to extend my reach to help more people.

I got my bachelor’s degree in exercise science and began working more closely with individual clients as well as maintaining group classes in person.

I’ve helped clients relieve pain from injury and helped them get back to – and beyond – where they started.

I’ve helped clients lose weight.

I’ve helped women maintain muscle and bone density through lifting weights, and I’ve helped people put on muscle.

I’ve worked with teenagers, I’ve worked with clients in their 60s and 70s, and everyone in between.

Essentially, I have a passion to help anybody and everybody who has a desire to be healthy. I am here to work with you!
