Most people think that personal training is just going into a gym, doing a few exercises that the trainer tells you to do, and then leaving – doing nothing until you see them again in 2 or 3 days.

The problem with that is…there is a LOT that happens in those 48+ hours! Can’t make a session? Injured? Sick? When something comes up in life, you have no way of coming up with a backup plan.

Enter: 1:1 online personal training.

Working with an online coach means that you have (almost) unlimited access to your trainer. You can reach out if shit goes sideways. No missing sessions – it’s all on your time! Sick? We can adjust the plan for low intensity movement. Injured? Let’s work to heal that injury.

Instead of following a random program 2-3 times a week for 30 mintues, you’ll have a well thought-out plan that is written FOR A REASON. Just for you! You have the ability to train whenever it’s convenient, not at 2:30 specifically on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

You will have a nutrition plan to follow, mobilization techniques to help your muscles recover, mindset coaching, habit tracking, and an all-around plan to improve your life, not just your physique.
